How to make White Tea

White tea is one of the several styles of tea which generally feature young or minimally processed leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant. The White Tea has many benefits as reducing the risk of the heart disease and losing weight. It is easy to brew it. Here are the 5 steps of brewing the White Tea.

Instructions of brewing the White Tea:

  • Heat the water under boiling 170 F before letting it cool around 5-8 Minutes
  • Use 2 teaspoons of Silver Needle (teabuds) fo every 6 ounces of water. Use 2 teaspoons of White Peony (tea leaves) for every 6 ounces of water
  • Pour water over the tea and let it steep for 1-5 minutes. Steeping time depends on your taste preference, with a longer time equalling a stronger tea
  • Pour a small amount of boiling water into your teacups and toss it shortly before pouring it in the white tea
  • Enjoy the White Tea you have created
